True Blood
A girlfriend loaned me a big box o' entertainment for while I was laid up after my surgery - in said box was the first season of True Blood. I hadn't ever seen it before, and really only knew it was about vampires... and I'm not really into vampires so much. But, being bored as all heck, I decided to give it a go.
I devoured the entire first season within two or three days. I had to download the other three seasons. A few days later I finished the series. Heckler is a fan of the show as well, and for Christmas he got me 8 of the Sookie Stackhouse novels... I finished them all within two weeks.
I have actually have a reoccurring dream that I am working at Merlotte's... and I'm almost always late for my shift.
I don't know what to do with myself now
I'd like to start a new series of books, but I'm feeling a little meh about the books in my collection. The same girlfriend who loaned me True Blood is sending over the Game of Thrones novels next month, but until then... I dunno... I'm considering re-reading the Sookie books.
