you should totally try acupuncture! it's so great.. i was freaked out at first too, but once you get over that "fear of needles" you start to want it.. my girlfriend has been studying acupuncture and eastern medicine/herbs for almost 3 years now.. and actually she's graduating this year (so happy for her) but pretty much since she started studying it.. i've been the guinee pig.. and she's just amazing.. i love it!

so i've been needled like every week for about the last 2 years.. but it had been about a month since the last time, so i begged her to do it last night .. and i got a massage out of it too.. it just makes me feel sooo good.. i can't even explain it.

my weekend was so crazy busy.. i'm actually glad to be back in my office today! that's just sickly wrong!

yeah.. i went over to the doggie beach this mornin.. smiled as i watch all the dogs playing.. there weren't too many dogs there yet, cuz it was like 7:30! jeez.. but it was still fun.

i think i'm gunna go back out there & do my homework out by the water.. its gunna be a scorcher today.. 88 degrees! woo hoo!

ugh, I know what you mean. . .there are a few biyatchs at work I wish would quit. I think it would now be easier for me to quit and find a cooler bunch of people to work with.

yeah.. i'm feeling better.. got back from class a little while ago.. and feel smarter already! going to work and having those kinds of days just reminds me of why i'm back in school..

had fun at the air show.. some metal thing came flying off of one the F16 .. so they stopped the show early oh well, at least no one was hurt.. it fell into the water about 200 yards out!

my date was so-so.. got a lil sugar, but nothing else will ever come out of it..
