i had anniversary six today... & it was great

yesterday was a good day at work. i got a 1.25% raise
today has been a rough day and i am sad
tomorrow might be good or bad - i have to wait & see

I got a cut last night on the bottom of my foot and it is not my friend but it only hurts when I stand up so I guess it could be worse. oh well

Hmm- mini update. I got a little bug Wed. night and stayed home from work Thursday. Thought I was gonna be fine so I worked Friday, but now i'm losing my voice and my throat feels like a pine cone again. The extra couch time is letting me watch Davidson basketball & "No Country for Old Men" .

I had a pretty rough friday and didn't get much done, except picking up my car from the shop. (which is nice cause now it stops without skidding the back tire) Oh, so anyway i was feeling kinda down when the girl walks into the bedroon with a shot glass of something and a little blue pill and says "Take This-it'll make you feel better"...

R.H.P.S. party Sat. night / Sadista's birthday was super! there are pics somewhere, but I'm almost scared to find them nah! -not really. It was awesome-

I just want to take a minute and say how great i think the new re-useable shopping bags are from wal-mart & grocery stores. We got our first 2, and now the pile of little plastic bags doesn't threaten to bury me. and i saved a tree (plastic tree? ) well anyway-- i saved something, so there!

After work yesterday I found a hole in my pants (backside, so i couldn't see it, & don't know how long it was there) When i got home I found a hole in my yard. It had probably been there a while too, but I don't really keep up the lawn in winter. (i think of it as my lawn vaca season). I went inside...

We went to Chapel Hill, NC to celebrate a double birthday for not_tom and K-Rex. I got some new "ink" while we up there, so i 'll have to post a pic soon. We had a great time, but it seems like a week since i have been to work cause so much happened over Sat / Sun.

so maybe i caught something at the club last weekend, but i got sick Wed. night and spent most of Thur. Fri. and Sat. shivering with fever. It seems like it broke late last night so now i can pick up the peices of a ruint weekend and go to work today, but i can't complain 'cause at least i can get my own cup...
