So let me get this strait. You don't feel like you should have to pay for the cost of the shirt or the shipping? And fuck the free sweat shirt and fuck me?
I would hope you like the design you CUSTOM ordered it!
"A custom shirt will run about $40.
Design+"set up"(stencil or screen)+cost of garment" this is the "quote"?
Add the cost of the shirt $15 + shipping;around $10 this includes the sweatshirt we discussed this.
I'm only charging you $20 for design,and $20 for set up. And you have a three layer design with two colors! If you think this is expensice try getting a cheeper "quote" the set up alone for two colors will run you $40 most places.
It would have been one thing to say that the balance was more than you were expecting,and why is this so.
BUT your response is obnoxious. I recommend you shop at Target from now on considering where your values are.
This is a real drag because you were a valued customer. I can not understand where you are coming from?

You got paid, but will more than likely get a negative mark against you, and even after she pays she may dispute it via paypal.
I think it is better to try to compromise with the customer and ensure that they are happy so that they will give you repeat business and positive word of mouth rather; particularly on such a small site as etsy.
