I'm recovering from a day at work where it was 98 degres (crap band joke not meant) at 9am in our office and it was 98 degres at 5pm when i left , i actually had my shirt stick to my chair, nasty i know. I spent some time on the government health and safety executive website and found there is no specific heat limit but only a heat minimum , bugger.

I need a g/f and or some female attention rather then just the nookie , simple things like spending time talking about things , enjoying each others passions , that kinda thing.

I've got my friends uni house in Oxford for my birthday , 10 of us are going out on the beer and other related fun there.

I've decided to go backpacking again next year , i'm going to Thailand , Hong Kong and Japan most likely
