Where have i been?Working out...thirdy week,and i lost 10kg!
Secret?
Cut the sugar,eat healtly and less.little carb,lots of protein,minimum 45 minutes cardio and 1 hour circuit(muscle)
Move,move move!
Before,i did not had the time.now i have the time,so what not?
And everyday i am more surprise with myself i even start running on the trendmill,something i definy hate....and of course,love helps...no more innsomia,depression...today my tighest corset fit in!*le sight*
I mean..lets be big,beatiful girls,but some work does not kill,just improve...
I am losing fat,but gaining mass...my legs are start to build again....sorry,doe ones are not the best shots...
lets see until december...
ps:I want Blyss body!Ieven have her pic on my ipod,together with my love/crush pics to get me motivated to push more iron...thanks Blyss!
