Three months ago I decided to cut all refined sugar from my diet, try and eat sensibly even in my chaotic hours and just in general try and be healthier.
Three months ago I was:
98.0Kg 216Pounds, 15St 6oz
Finally got my scale out of storage and weighed myself just after my shower:
79.8Kg 176Pounds, 12St 8oz
I've achieved a goal of getting to around 80Kg, just need to do some toning and shit gonna get real

That's awesome! We seem to have started with our healthy new lifestyle change around the same time 
I've lost a lot of weight too but don't know how much because I don't own a scale (and never want to) but fitting in old clothes is always how I can tell my progress
