I only need to go back to work next Wednesday, a very much needed break to recharge a bit. All I'm going to do is as little as is humanly possible. OK, that's a lie, I need to clean the flat a bit and the lawn needs trimming but other than that my days will be filled with afternoons and coffee spoons.

The weather has freshened up and the world is changing colour and I for one love it. I like cold crisp mornings, I like the fact that the days are shorter and nights longer.

What I'm not liking is the plague of Migraines I'm having as of late, it's starting to wear a little thin. Time to take something and hope it doesn't get worse.
