Tomorrow will mark one week since my last cigarette and let me tell you it's been no easy thing.

Was going out tonight but a migraine has cut short those plans.

Not looking forward to the next few weeks, staff is going on leave at various stages and it means 4 weeks straight for me. Going to be interesting to say the least. But I am having some more work done on my right forearm on Monday so at least there's a little ray of sunshine.
