Howdy SGland!
So I spent all day yesterday working on a self shot set for the site! :) Considering I haven't had a set in awhile (a few in post processing) but I wanted to give myself the challenge! I know self shot sets rarely get bought because they don't normally give the variety or even quality of doing a set with a photographer but I wanted to accomplish it anyway. It took about 5 hours of shooting, rearranging the camera, doing angles, lighting, taking the same pictures over and over to insure everything I want is in focus (since I can't see until the photo is taken) etc....then it was off to editing where I am not a pro so all I do is adjust light and contrast. I leave all the other stuff to the pros lol. While I am nervous to turn it in..considering it could do horrible and get bashed left and right....I am also excited because it's my OWN work :) I love photography and enjoy doing it...now I just need to convince people to let me shoot them lol.
A lot of the photos for this set are still works in progress regarding lighting and such...but...
I would like to share some of my favorites with you all. I would love to hear what you think! :) It was taken with my favorite blanket which has a Celtic Wolf on it. So the set name will be "Celtic Wolf Sunset" (since the lighting visually changes during the set)
