mandrine

so i sometimes have to do a rotation working in the OB/GYN clinic. Today i got the following patient:

me: "so, tell me what's going on?"
pt: "well, i have a ... um... little situation"
me: "im sure you do considering i am seeing you here today...."
"so what's going on"
pt:" well, my umm... (points to her vagina) ... there's something wrong with my skin"
me: " describe it for me"
pt: " well, it ... sorry this is akward... it...umm..my skin is extremely white..."
me: "ok, have you done anything different, as far as personal hygeine?"
pt: " no not really, its been this way for about 2 days now."
me: "what did you do 2 days, ago?"
pt: "nothing just everyday routine."
me: " what is your routine."
pt: "well, i showered, did my hair and then douched. Nothing abnormal. well, i guess there is one thing. I was having this smell i was worried about and I used a different kind of douche."
me: "well, what kind of solution was it."
pt: "well i wasn't really a 'solution' it was...well, i was concerned...so i used Hydrogen Peroxide."
me"what???"
pt: "i douched with hydrogen peroxide"


this is my life.
future reference ladies: do not use hydrogen peroxide for that.....EVER. I hope i dont have to explain why.
