i had a dream i was at a cabin in the mountains. there was a lake. and there were also tornados off in the distance(very beautiful even if it was scary) so we had to leave i guess. only we didn't leave as the dream progressed and we were in some sort of lobby/lodge area. ( the other half of "we" was a combination of my ex and my current.

at one point i noticed i was scratching my right arm pit a lot and that it was really itching. so i looked at it and it turns out there was a cockroach under my skin. like 2 inches long, moving, and trying to chew and push it's way out. so i freak out and try to get the guy to take me to the hospitol. but he tells me i could just pull it out myself since there was already a break in the skin where i'd been scratching and the roach had been chewing. i explained i couldn't possibly do that, but he wouldn't take me.(thats when he turned into my ex more than my current)
later in the dream i had to go on a magical quest with a small forest creature to a cave that was across a frozen lake, that wasn't frozen, but became so when the creature stood on it, but i wasn't sure it would hold my weight. and i think i had to sleep outside. there were a lot of details i don't remember.

The cockroach being under your skin reminds me of this dream I had a long time ago. There were these purple-bruisy-looking bulges on my legs, and it turned out that they were eels of some kind, under my skin, and my mom used a razor blade to cut my skin open, and pulled the eels out, and to this day I can remember the sensation of the eels being pulled out of my body.
