i got 2 more hours asleep in before i got up today. so that's 6 total i think.
after getting ready and driving all the way over to the job fair i noticed something, NO FREE PARKING.
so i call up the job fair office, they take my name off the list and then tell me i could still put my resume on their website. i wish i'd known that before i wasted the gas driving around Uptown Charlotte waiting to find out if there was some way i could get my parking comped.
on the way back, i went to the Jack in the Box by my house. the manager was running the register, they are hiring, they want someone right away, and its 3rd shift.
i filled out the application and this survey test thing and gave her my resume.
the job would be 35-38 hrs a week. pay is dependant on my experience.
she's calling me today after lunch time is over.
i know its fast food, but it's a fricking job, and i want it, cause then maybe i'll be less stressed and happier.
the manager seems nice, and 3rd shift wouldn't be so bad, i'm up those hours anyway, even when i don't want to be, getting paid for it would also be nice, not to mention they are less busy then.
