Yesterday was probably the most brutal sparring session yet. My shins are polka-dotty with little greenish brown bruises, I have random bruises on some of the bonier parts of me (which these are par for the course really) I got surprised by a pair of kicks to the head, and my ear on the one side isn't hearing quite as good as the other one...
