Ugh Tired of looking at that old blog.

I made a ridiculous amount of cashflowmoney this summer. My big purchases include:


The Tempur-pedic Deluxe mattress



A Le Crueset enameled cast iron set



New computer speakers



Two of these way cute/cheap shelves from Crate & Barrel



Things I don't have photos of:

I got my truck's interior fully professionally detailed and had it professionally buffed and waxed
(plan to get new tires and a tune up)

a used white leather couch and chair on craigslist

paid 2 months rent in advance

a Netflix account (yay for watching movies online!)

a deep tissue massage (plan on scheduling another in the next week)

Two sets of 300 thread count sheets (honey tone)
A light down comforter

Nice towels, hand towels, rags, bath mat, shower curtain, accessories

A new set of dishes and silverware

A BIG Pur water filter pitcher

a Swiffer!

Alas, the spending spree has to end; the rest of the money is allocated to finally finishing school.

In other news:

Our beloved family dog of 17 years, Savannah has gone to puppy heaven. This is a photo from a few we took the day before we had to put her to sleep. She went really fast, like gave her the shot and it only took 15 seconds. The Vet said she was really tired and ready to go. It was time.



I feel very very lonely these days, and find myself getting horribly depressed. It is unlike me for these moods to linger. I hope it is what it usually is, a side effect of idleness. That shouldnt be the case after August 27th when i get the chance to do what ive dreamed to do and finish school.
