Soo...I finally got out of the house! Saturday night, I went with my friend downtown Hamilton (whoo) to go to an Industrial/goth show.
We missed the band unfortunately, but that didn't stop us from having a good time. There was still music and booze, so we were just fine.
I realized that I hadn't done the social thing in ages. My friend met up with a couple random people that joined us at the table....next thing I know she's under the table with this hippy guy, and I'm attempting to talk to someone else as best I can through my drunkeness. I think that I should've had some dinner or something...lol
Anywho...we ended up tagging along with the guy that I was talking to for an after party of sorts. I don't know how I downed so many straight shots of Absinthe, I should be dead or something...
I ended up leaving to go get the car from home (after my friend started throwing up )and was out in the cold for a good hour waiting for a bus.
All ended well...my friend ended up staying over at their place since it took me a good 2 hours to even get back...they'd all gone to sleep I assumed.
So after a full day of sleep, my friend showed up and we went out for Japanese food.
It was an adventure. I'm just happy that I didn't have a hang over, or puke. I must have some Newfy in me
