I just thought that I'd share this Bailey's Irish Cream recipe with you all. I just made up 2 batches of it, and it's excellent!!
Bailey's Irish Cream *Ripoff*
6oz rye whiskey (brand of your choice)
1 can condensed milk
1 cup 18% table cream or half and half
1tsp instant coffee
1tbsp chocolate syrup
Dissolve the instant coffee in hot water (about a tbsp). Combine ingredients and mix thoroughly. Bottle, and keep refrigerated.
That's it! Easy, inexpensive and yummy!
