i've had an annoying kink in my neck since the weekend. and just when i thought it was getting better... it got worse. yesterday after work i couldn't move it at all, and a good nights sleep did it no justice. i probably shouldn't have driven the 40 miles to work, seeing as I can't turn my neck at all to see around me. drive straight. don't change lanes. one of my co-workers has referred me to her chiropractor. i've never been, and i'm a bit leary, however she is a holistic chiropractor, and this relaxes me a bit more. she's right in oakland, so it would be easy to make appt during my lunch hour. woo! hopefully i will not be walking like a zombie by friday.
