This site is getting sucky.
I'm bored.
Nobody comments much any more. It's funny, if you look at the comment counts before the Change, they're in the teens for each entry. Then there's a sharp drop off, and a small recovery but nothing like it used to be.
The staff has done a great job fixing bugs and bringing back good old features, but I think it's not enough.
Maybe it's because it's summertime and people are online less? I know I am.

I think comments are made when people have to do other stuff. I was more active on the site when I had school work pending. Now I am doing real (haha) work and simply haven't the time. I still read as much as I can from the few friends I have. We'll have to look at this situation in the fall when people have to refocus for the next 9 months

I don't think the coding or "functionality" is to blame. I think it's the recent flood of people and the "old skool people's reaction to it. I like the people I've met from this site. but now there are so many more I don't want to meet. Maybe I'm old but this place is sucking my tail pipe. BTW I've missed you. Hope to see you again soon.
