I am actually pretty mad right now. Too much loud music outside, loud basse making vibrate my walls and also inside of me. My heartbit is stressed, despite pills I took. All m'y thoughts won't go quite, they scream at the music rythm. I feel électrifiés, but I can't move and inch. I'm trapped in my body, on the floor of my appartment. Ameverything vibrating. I can't catch my breat.
Let's hope... Tomorrow... Will be another day

Thank you very much to all of you for your answers, merci beaucoup 💜 I was in a difficult mental place, I think I may be a bit better now (even if it depends on the days), I've had some holidays it helped a bit !
