Days like today -- hot, humid, and no wind -- that really make me miss my friends comic shop/coffee house. I am dying for a iced Jasmine green tea.... best thing for me.
So much of my comedy can be connected to MST3K. Random connections, quick comments, and weirdness galore... it still hits me on so many levels. Going back and rewatching these episodes is helping me through rough times like now.
Didn't know it is a real world place...
Sometimes I need metal to work out aggression, other times 70s rock for stories. Sometimes classical helps for concentration, and then there are moments where techno feeds into a manic thought process....
.... but the times i need jazz... that brings healing.
Got a new bed delivered today and waiting on a new BluRay / streaming player... now just doing laundry and reading some Green Ronin RPG books.... good day.
Picked up Persona 4 Gold on Steam and enjoying it....
...then GoG puts up the ZORK Collection for $6... ordered and downloading now... and royally feeling the mix of nostalgia and old man syndrome... lol
I have been quiet lately because of what has been going on my side of the world.
Protests, riots, and a total lack of leadership.
One of my friends was knocked down by an officer at a quiet protest.
Several others hit with pepper spray and tear gas while marching in the afternoon during a vigil.
...still amazes me how high humanity tries to fly...
