First day back to the gym... remembering what I like and hate about gym time.
Hate - People not putting away equipment, people not cleaning the bench when they are done, and people just sitting in equipment on their phone (YOU MOTHERF......)
Like - Being active, having a place to put in earbuds and GO, and the freaking Hydrojet bed (Damn.... Wish I could have been in that for about two hours.
Stiff and sore... but needed to make this shift.... Currently down 60 pounds and wanting to be better if just for myself.
Not a bad plan.
