i had the very unfortunate experience of watching someone die. it is both the most real and most surreal moment of my life. it was a random car accident in front of the building i was living in, no rhyme or reason to it. what i saw gave me a bit of a different filter to look at life through. i very much agree with what lady_sappho said.

i don't know much about loeb & leopold. i do know that one of them (both?) was affiliated with u of c. whatever that's worth.

i like the way you think about writing. reflexivity is always cool. the manner in which you are not only considering the story itself, but the medium in which to transfer it ... i just like that. it makes me tingle. i know that when i write (which is not fiction), its similar: what is the argument? what is the best structure? what is the evidence? the planning seems so key.

7737100567 Some stuff has changed since I sent you that last message, unfortunately. Tara has to work Saturday morning in order to get Sunday off (we're going to a friend's wedding), so we're not going out like I thought we would.
We would've been interested in Dysesthesia's invite to Neo too. But normally we're better about going out Fridays, it's just this one was different. Sorry about that.
