Well the time has come again to trapse across the country to visit various and sundry relatives for the holidays.
Pravon and I leave tomorrow morning for the beautiful vacation paradise of Huntsville, Alabama for four exciting nights with the wife's family. There, we'll spend about 30 minutes with her brother and his wife before they find an excuse to leave. After that, we'll set in a tiny room with a HUGE television and space-heaters turned up to 11 with all the lights out while my father-in-law watches nothing but CNBC.
We'll be back X-Mas day.
Then, on the 30th, it's off to Fort Worth, Texas for four nights with my family. There, I'll get to hear my father spout out wonderful things like how religion is under attack in this country and how W. is the greatest thing since sliced bread.
Rinse, lather, repeat. Seriously.
Ain't family grand?
Don't get me wrong, I love both sides of the family. I'm just glad I don't have to live with them anymore.
