The bottom line is this: technology has made it so simple in so many ways to communicate SOMETHING very easily in a matter of seconds. That fact alone really leaves no room for excuses no matter how busy one's life is or no matter how many issues that person may be dealing with. If a person cares, he will find a way. Just my opinion.
