Oh yeah, I discovered this sick workout. I'd never done yoga before so I don't know how it compares to regular yoga, but I have been doing this thing called "bikram" yoga, which is 23 positions in 90 minutes in a very hot room (around 110 degrees). It's brutal, violent, demonic and cathartic stuff. I highly recommend it, esp. since you seem masochistic in a good, transcendental sorta way. It'll make you see visions and smile a lot afterwards. It's weird stuff.
