I'm kicking the habit and just completed my first week smoke free in 8 years!

I don't blog often but I feel I need to today....

In my line of work I go to this incidents a lot, it makes me feel so helpless for these poor souls....so imagine how helpless they must feel.

A real man doesn't raise his hand, he raises his heart.

So when I'm not working or studying I'm playing acoustic sets at local venues for spare change and maybe a free drink. I'm a bit of a singer song writer using just voice, guitar and a loop pedal.

Tonight I thought it would be a great idea to try and mix loads of songs together to make one mega song....Bad idea as now my voice...
