I am back, the insanity continues........I think I have finally broken up in a 7 year relationship........quite a bit scary.......feeling in turmoil........England was great had a lovely time, drank way too much the last few days there.......I will write much more soon, when I am feeling more positive................. skull skull skull

Well this maybe my last journal entry for a little while, as I will be in England for the next month; I will be still checking messages so certainly keep writing me. I didn't get the role, such is life in this business, it frequently has nothing to do with what you do in the audition........I have been reading a lot of new plays in preparation for teaching in England........I start writing and a wave of boring seems to strike......yikes........one day I will have a crazy journal entry, and won't everyone be surprised........ahh maybe not.... skull skull skull

Feeling better mentally and physically.........Letting go of the age issue, it is not serving me so now I've let it go..........I had a kick ass audition for the role of Lovborg in Hedda Gabler, the director liked what I did with it........I find that I may be somewhat similiar to that character which is great and a bit scary considering he dies at the end...

Well, I am still on the job search......I have now sent out forty application packets........Its really hard on the morale...........I also keep hearing reports about my talent as a director, which makes it even harder when you are not working and finding it difficult to get anyone to even consider you.......Atleast the cold is gone..........I am still preparing for the England trip........and still freaking out...

The cold is still trying to battle back......so I have good days and bad days........I think I am finally winning the battle........Made plane reservations for England....had to decide between Virgin and British Air, both had sales, but BA's cancelling of flights for security concerns was starting to freak me out........Besides Virgin is a much more Rock N Roll airline anyway.......btw I just read this entry...

Well, I think I am through the worst of the sickness.........thanks to all for the advice.......It is strange to me how being sick affects your mood.........I was negative and anxious for a number days.............Making plans to go to England to teach soon........yay skull skull skull

I know what you mean about being negative when your sick.I have a horrible out look on life when i'm sick.It's almost impossible to be optimistic about anything.

Well, the show I directed is closed, it went well. Back to searching for the next job........I have now gotten to the age where occasional drinking and smoking really messes with my body chemistry.......it sucks, I remember the days when I could do all this with seemingly no ill effects..............getting older is sometimes not fun skull skull skull

I just opened a show that I directed in NYC last night.......it went well, everyone really likes it........post opening let down today........a little hung over so my writing skills are lacking.......I will leave it off at that, and hope for more inspiration tommorrow............. skull skull skull
