I have to agree about intimacy being the best part of a relationship. That's why I try not to move on until I'm sure I really care about the person. The sad part is that i lose a lot of nice(seemingly) girls that way.

There more like events or experiences that help you in discovering who you are, who you want to become, and who you dont want to be. I wouldnt worry about it too much if I were you.
