I get home and the little one has a 104F temp and the old one has now got chickenpox.

Mike Vanderjagt played in a hockey game? Damn, I wish that someone had given him a brutal check. Normally, kickers aren't especially notable, but he was talking trash about the Patriots last season. Considering that they've beaten the Colts in nearly all recent games, I don't know how he can say a thing.

There was a hockey game outdoors recently? Honestly, with the NHL season gone, I'm just about clueless about all things hockey (with the exception of the NCAA Frozen Four).
I'm heading to New York to see friends and family. Of course, I'm going to be there for less than 48 hours so the whole trip is going to be quite active. I do like NYC, but it's kind of a pain to get there from the West Coast. Besides, having lived in NJ for almost 18 years, Newark Airport just doesn't have a romantic appeal for me any more.
