seal training -

still working out... running, sit ups, push ups, pull ups and variations. i'm about to adjust my work out and skip the push up and sit up and go to straight cardio work out...

to much workin out just puts muscle beneath fat... so i'm gonna do an intense...

alright, i have found a work out routine that will bring me up to speed with where i want to be at for once i enter OCS and then go on to seal training.

it's a 9 week training program done on monday/wednesday/friday and each week it increases in speed and reps per set. the work out has no weight training in it... only natural...

i decided that the south sucks... in NH when we had 8 feet of snow.. if the power went out.. it was back on in 20 minutes... 1 transformer blows because of the rain storm and we lost power for almost 2 days. ill take some pics of the aftermath of the floodin
