So I was wondering since starting to play ark what the deal was with the human survivors not being sims. They don't sleep, they don't get permanently injured, they don't breed etc.
After many months, mostly of not playing the game but watching other people play the game with mods.. that have added some of those features.. I'm still left wondering what the game would be like with a real survival mod.
One where you have more realistic intake requirements, rest requirements, growth based on work you do etc. There are other games with as many features and more but even if I haven't played them, they don't look as compelling as Ark. Like I should and will presently try to find people playing Rust but after seeing that more people are interested in Ark for the mods and multiplayer and not the evolution of vanilla game play into something more mature.. I don't want to play the game anymore.
Plus after so many months the game LOOKs on Xbox and there's no getting around that. There's also that I can't even find a website that will sell the GTX 1070 I need to finish my gaming PC even if I'm supposed to pay over $600 for a card that Nvidia says should be sold at 349.
And that's why finding streams is hard.
The first stream I happen by on Twitch for Rust.. is a bunch of dudes playing as a troup of naked chicks.
And the second stream. More of the same.
So the above. Play as an animal instead of a human? hmmm.
