I remember Australia day during a deployment in the middle east when we were standing around on a flight line and the Aussies came driving down the flight line in a god knows what type of vehicle, decorated to look like a giant dingo or something and they were in the craziest colors hats and everything else... No other thing was funnier and no other day did I envy them so much (we would of been in so much shit if we tried to have fun like that)

I was always the same as you, I never wanted to get married or be with the same person forever. Waking up to the same miserable face everyday, no thanks. But it does change when you meet the right person. I know how corny it sounds but its true. I believe staying with someone because you thinks its what you should do or because its conveinient is crap. Its the easy excuse. But when you really do love someone you want to be with them forever. I'm not saying that its roses and violins everyday cos its not. Sometimes I want to punch my husband in the face and I know he feels the same way too but the good times far outweigh the bad. I want to kiss him alot more than I want to punch him. I can see myself in 50 years still laughing with him. But I have had to kiss a lot of frogs (way too many to admit) to find my prince. It happend when you don't expect it. You are only young. Stop thinking about love and the rest of your life. Think only about what makes you happy and free. When you are free then you are free to really love and be loved by someone.

As for the cheating... we have all done thing we wished we hadn't. Its ok.

Well I think I'm going to need to see your hair when it's done.. Mine needs re-dying. The purple has washed out and I've got quite a bit of regrowth from the blonde bit.

As for this place.. we have probably 150,000 people. It's starting to become more of a metropolis. There are countless big apartment buildings going up in the city. Though they aren't all that tall in comparison to Brisbane and co. This is a view of the city from my old apartment that I was evicted from because of one of my housemates and an asshole I used to call a friend:



Eggs benedict is basically toast, ham, poached eggs (since you don't really know eggs, poached eggs are made by cracking the egg in to boiling water and basically cooking it like a hard-boiled egg but without the shell.. it's pretty complicated to do and gets quite messy) and hollandaise sauce. I don't know where along the line I decided that there was meant to be cheese on it.. maybe I looked it up.. But when I make it I melt jarlsberg cheese on top. Because it's the best cheese ever.

I think you should try eggs.

Wow someone who isnt into public displays of affection! Thats rare! I too am the same,I find it sickening to watch a couple maul each other in the street,so I just dont do it! lol.
