I used to feel like that all the time, I was so worried about losing my job, I lost it! Now my anxiety is pretty well grounded, tornadoes and no work, I don't have time to make up stuff or worry about things out of my control....Let me control what I can, survive what I can't, and have the wisdom to know the difference!
