so i think i want to give up alcohol for a while. it only makes me fatter.

One of my friends gave up booze recently and he felt much better for it. He lost weight too.

He tends to over do things, so for him its all or nothing, but I cut down my alcohol intake a lot when I wanted to slim down a bit. I can do things in moderation, which he can't, but staying dry makes for good sleep.
