2nd. yesterday at work wasnt too bad,,, except for the nearly fainting and a machine being broken and breaking stuff... not bad at all.

Never tried bovril! To be honest, you're not missing much, unless you can't live without the taste of beef for more than an hour, in which case I'd recommend it.

That always happens to me when i am herbed-up. What I started doing is writing it on my outlook as a new message or in word, spell check it, cut and paste.
