We all have an SG that we secretly hope to bump into at the grocery store some day or a Hopeful that we are hopeful for, or maybe even a dozen of each! And I bet all of us were following the site before we became members or Hopefuls. I was on the site and in addition to some o the most talented and beautiful women in the world, what I had noticed before I joined was how encouraging the models were to one another (@missy @rambo @ all of you talented and strong women) but also how supporting most of the men were also (sometimes a little bit less than ideal, but usually meaning well).
What I had noticed was that it really did seem like a community, shared, maybe even loved and it was an alluring concept. Now I have been a member for just at one week and already had some interactions with members and models, following some really wonderful models and even a few following me...a funny older guy who just likes beauty and photography. But I notice on this side of the wall that the sense of community is real, palpable, and friendly.
So why did I finally join SG as a member? Well...I realized I was coming to the site at least 3 times a week just to see the updates on one model (see below) and always stayed and read comments, notes and blogs from the models, and really started to feel like a day was not complete without seeing the dream of Vita_ and reading a little about what happens in the world of SG.
So here is my question...why did you finally join SG? Was it a favorite model? If so, who? Was it a blog or a video? I am sure you have that talented woman or writer or photographer that did it for you...post their props below...they deserve it!
