Oh and I love Texas. After being stuck in missouri for 5 horrible years of Air Force life. This is the life here!
I am doing good and feeling good. Septembers sickness is past. I now have new fun meds to take!! But no pain. (I have Lupus<SLE> and hypothyroid)...

it said so much without saying a word.
the thing with self help books is:
if you're F'd up, how can you fix the problem when you are the problem?
i guess it can work for some people. but for the most part those books tell you
things you should already know, you just haven't emplemented said things.
weather talk... it's finally starting to feel like December. still no ice or snow though.
time to put the shorts away (for a little while) and break out the cocoa!
