So I've got a bit of a delema, I'm starting to form an interest in somebody but I'm not quite sure as to the proper way to inform this person. I'm afriad of being too blunt and scaring him away, but at the same timeI don't think he has any interest in me( it's really hard to tell anyway) I just don't know what to do. Any suggestions?!

I say you wait and if he's interested he'll let you know. I've been reading He's Just Not That Into You so I could be the wrong person to ask
