Pardon my tardiness with the posting. Lots and lots of stuff going on.
1. My girflriend is moving in. There has been assorted craziness that goes along with getting all of her stuff out of her apartment and into mine. This is exacerbated by the heavy workload and playload that her summer law firm is putting on her as well as the heavy workload I have been dealing with to get my project out the door. The sad corollary to this news is that Heracleitus is no longer my roomie, on account of the apartment not being big enough for 3, and him having a fancy law school to go to in DC. Perhaps he will be back soon, here's hoping.
2. Project I was working on has wrapped up. We'll call this Project A to keep things straight, since I am not allowed to use any names at the moment due to NDAs. I am really proud of it, I think it is some of the best work I have done personally as well as one of the best and most fun final products. There will be a video soon, and when there is, it will be up here stat.
3. The next project (Project B) for the Project A team that I was slated on just got "put on hold", which is video game code for "cancelled", so that my team can assist with another project (Project C). Unfortunately, I am not nearly as enthusiastic about Project C as I was about B. The Project A team was really good and I am worried we are going to lose the structure that made us as good as we were with the new organization.
Music: I am listening to a lot of the Smiths right now, I don't know why I didn't listen to more of them in the past. Seriously, what was the matter with me?
Games: Slowly but surely making my way through Prototype, Wolverine and Ghostbusters, all of which are pretty good. Up next is the new Monkey Island episodic series as well as the remake that was just launched on XBLA.
Movies: Haven't had time for many movies, but I did see Up, which you should all see if you have not.

Tomorrow I pack the car so I can get up at o'dark thirty Sunday morning and drive north to take the California Supplemental Exam. A little stressed about that, but I might know what I need to, I don't know.
That about sums her up.
