I have a waaaaaaaaaaaay to full belly, had many a margaritas, got a rain check on my tattoo appointment until next Monday (), got a really kewl new zombie day of the dead girl shirt, and started a new Henry Rollins book, "Do I Come Here Often?"......
I had to start this book today because it was a complete fortuitous act.... I bought myself two new Henry Rollins books for Christmas when I went to this awesome used book store to get my dad a Hunter S. Thompson book for Christmas...
This morning, being my birthday, I flipped through the two trying to figure out which I would read next.....
I flipped through the 1st, didn't really see anything jump out at me.
Opened the 2nd, chapter 1, HAPPY BIRTHDAY.... it was a collection of writings from Hank's 27th birthday-35th birthday..... obviously fortuitous that I started this book today! Unfortunately as I read the chapter his 29th birthday was his worst most depressing one... great.... it is also my 29th birthday...
With this birthday I have come to one conclusion and one only..... I am getting old.....
