Got my first two grades for my classes..... two A's woohoo! Very stoked about that! I know just the first grades, but at least I am off to a good start! I really don't like my communications class that much, but we are preparing to have to give an informative speech. I am pretty excited about this assignment. I am going to do my speech on our second amendment rights. Why we have them and what will happen if they are "infringe". I get to use a bunch of my favorite Thomas Jefferson quotes, among others. This project will be pretty easy for me since it is something I feel passionately about and am knowledgeable about. I think the only problem I will have is to try to fit in all the points and information I want the audience to be aware of in the time I am given. We haven't been told yet how long it needs to be, so I'm hoping since it is the major assignment of the course he will give us a good bit of time. Other than that I am still preparing for another set. This set will take a lot of props and attention to detail, but I think it will turn out pretty awesome!
