So Friday sucked, but that's my own fault.
Saturday was Portfolio Day (pretty stupid) then Anna and I did some hilarious shit that people from our neck of the woods do every other day (Eat expensive burritos, go to the Plaza and give money to shitty companies, etc.) and after Portfolio Day, no less. Then Nick called me to come see this Police brutality/ "know your rights" thing, and it was freezing and rainy and absolutely terrible outside. So we went to his house and lazed around for 4 hours. We went to Muddy's and got Chai with Megan, I finished my roll of film with my 8-lens camera, then we went to Johnny's. I didn't think I'd go to that party at all but it ended up a pretty alright evening. Cameras flashing every 2 minutes... And of course, Shambles and I missed eachother once again. At least we're consistent!
I'm looking forward to tomorrow night very much, and I'm hoping to recruit some new ladies!
I'll post some pictures from my Octomat whenever I can.
In other news, it is October 23rd and fall is officially in swing in Kansas City. Walking outside this morning, it was freezing and my van wouldn't start. Luckily it just had to warm up. I didn't have to call the cowboy out or call Dave or anything. Stupid car trouble. Story of my life recently.
