Blugh!!! I feel a headache coming on. Still half sick but I think the headache is from messing with drum tracks for the last 6 hours.
But you know what? It was worth it cos it was fun and I made some progress (for the first time in days).

I haven't been sleeping right myself lately... the last three nights I've had trouble going to sleep and then when I do get to sleep I wake up about a million times! As for a good reason to be awake... well, maybe your awake so you can ponder your place in the universe... ha ha... or maybe your awake so you could go outside and look at the beautiful stars!!! Picked up the old man from hospital today. Not that he's cured, they've done what they can for now (tests, change of medication, let's take a stab in the dark kinda stuff). Next he's gotta see his cardiologist. He seems better than when he went in though.

Slint...i'm not that great at describing music.........their songs start off really mellow, interesting chord progressions and what not, they'll get loud, they are post-punk from a while ago.......they recently played a few reunion shows......you should check some of their shit out!
