Pretty close to getting out of Iraq now. Can't say how much time left for security reasons, but we only have a few more missions and then it'll be packing up and getting ready to hit the ground running back in the rear. Getting ready to go to the Soldier of the Year competition, so that should be good. I'm confident in my abilities and should have no problem winning this (the month and quarter boards before were both easy).
Not too much else...Looking into a new job field on the Army side but in the NG. Thanks to some of the cats here on SG I should be better prepared to enter into the job and get ready for the training leading into it.
