So I just got back from playin a killin gig...for the first time in a long long time...although playing music is good, when the music is crap or the band is crap it's just not the same as when everyone is playin their asses off and makin some good sounds together.
Still waiting to hear back about the PhD application. Trying to plan some stuff for new years in Paris, which is going to probably be as good as when I normally have went to Paris. This time I want to find a tattoo artist who can hook me up so I can get some new ink to celebrate the new freedom that I'll have regained once out of iraq.
