Well folks I have not posted much in a while and I should be back on track soon.
We had fresh water tank crack in our home and flooded part of our house. We got on it super fastbut still had a lot of damage to clean up.

So I am mostly healed up after surgery. I am back to work and such, but still cant lift much and cant work or practice martial arts. I should be back to 100% soon :-)
I had the joy of a double hernia this week. Got them repaired today and I am home recovering. Notes may be slown this week :-)
