i learned an intersting fact today. one of my coworkers was arrested this weekend. for, get this, soliciting a 14 year old girl for sex on the internet. it was obviously a cop, and they busted him where the two of them were to meet. it tripped me out. he just got married in june. i can't even fathom what his wife thought, or did afterwards.
that segways to a thought. is it considered entrapment if you are propositioned for sex by a cop pretending to be a minor? i know most intelegent people wouldn't do it, but it still raises the question, what if? it's kind of surreal, on one hand the thought of sexual predators sickens me, but the other hand has a small minority of people who might have been pushed into it. I AM NOT DEFENDING THESE PEOPLE. do not mistake this, i personally think they should all be executed if found guilty. there is no repair to a assulted child. physical or mental. i have bizare random conflicts in me about this subject. what do you think?
