well, i think i've won. the wife was back up here and conceded that she could not afford an lawyer. she said if i took off the supervised part of visitation, the adultery-abandonment-immature, and child support, she would sign over full custody to me. i'm going to have the papers rewritten and sent up to her for her to sign, and back before the court date, or it's court.
