i hired an attorney, and this guy is evil...in a good way. i started explaining the situation, and before i could finish a sentence he starts babling in latin to his aid that was taking notes. he typed a couple of paragraphs, turned and told me that he was filing for temp / perminate custody for me, child support, and alamony...HOLYFUCKINGSHIT!!! this guy is unbelievable. he's got declarations from the supreme court on his wall behind his desk....yup, this guy is the shit. i feel better than i have in months. such a weight has been lifted off me. i'm going in to sign them tommarrow. damn....what a week.
